How do I get started with my WordPress website maintenance plan?

To sign up with one or multiple website maintenance plans, you can click the “Subscribe” button for the plan you want to sign up for.

After making your selection, you’ll be directed to the checkout page to finalize your purchase. Simply provide the necessary information to complete the checkout process and set up your account with us.

After completing the checkout process, we’ll reach out to you via email with a series of onboarding and introductory messages. We’ll also collect your login information and create a tailored maintenance plan for you.

How do I send you my login credentials?

Once you sign up for your website maintenance plan, please securely share the website credentials with us by replying to the welcome email you receive after checkout. The onboarding email will include a self-destructing link to ensure that only our team can access your usernames and passwords.

How does onboarding work?

After choosing the care plan that best suits your needs, you’ll receive a welcome email with details about your plan and instructions on securely sending us your login credentials.

Once we receive your login information for your WordPress dashboard and hosting provider, we’ll fully implement your plan within 24-48 hours. This includes completing a comprehensive item checklist to optimize your website.

Speed enhancements may take up to a week, as we carefully optimize your core files, theme, and plugins. We prioritize minimizing downtime, ensuring the process is done correctly without compromising your website.

We’ll keep you updated on our progress via email, ensuring complete transparency throughout the process. You can expect your first weekly report on the first Monday after you sign up. If you join us over the weekend, your first report may be sent the following Monday to ensure everything is ready before we report back to you.

Do you manage WooCommerce websites?

Absolutely! Websites with advanced features, such as membership functions, multi-language support, or on-site payments, require our Bright Grow Plan. These sites demand more resources to manage effectively, so being on the right plan ensures we can provide the necessary support to keep your website secure, fast, and running smoothly.

What if I have multiple (2+) sites that need to be managed?

No problem! We can manage your websites whether you have one or ten.

Each of our care plans covers a single site, domain, subdomain, or WordPress installation. Subdomains, like staging.example.com and shop.example.com, are considered separate sites. Therefore, if you have three websites you want us to manage, you’ll need three separate plans.

You are welcome to choose different plans for each website based on its specific needs.

Does it matter which hosting provider I'm using?

We recognize that each website has unique requirements and that budgets can vary. However, meeting your speed and security goals might be challenging with a shared hosting provider. If you’re interested in upgrading, we can recommend several excellent hosting options and trusted partners to suit your needs.

Do you offer phone support?

Our pricing structure is designed to be efficient, and with our global team, handling all support through email makes the most sense.

Although we don’t provide phone support, customer service is a top priority for us. You’ll find our email support to be quick, effective, and friendly!

What is the cancellation period?

No notice needed. Just cancel the renewal before it is due in your Stripe account.

Do subscriptions renew automatically?

Yes, unless you cancel them in your Stripe account.

Can I move between plans?

Yes, you can switch plans at any time. For instance, you might choose the Bright Boost for one billing period and then downgrade to the Bright Start. You can also upgrade mid-billing period and pay the pro-rated price difference. However, we do not offer pro-rated credits for downgrading.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We use Stripe as a payment processor and never have sight of your card data.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Yes. We have a 30 day moneyback guarantee. If for whatever reason you are unhappy we will refund you back the amount you have paid.

Can I get an VAT invoice?

On payment, you can download a VAT invoice in your My Account section.

Do you offer WordPress site creation or redesign?
